We add to each ticket 10 minutes free of charge
- ticket + AQUA BAR – the use of the water park and aqua bar (main course + soup or main course + dessert), ticket is valid at the time of the aqua bar opening)
- Water Park is opened daily from 9 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. (in June, July, August from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
- From 9 till 10.00 a.m. just sports swimming pool 25m long is available
- children up to 4 years – free entrance
- children aged 4 – 12 years and pensioners – reduced tickets (with a valid ID)
- towel hiring: hotel guests - free of charge, other guests - 7 PLN/pcs.

Car parking rates:
From 1-st of June 2011 the below price list for car parking is applied:
● first hour - 2 PLN (to be paid in the parking machine)
● every following hour - 1 PLN (to be paid in the parking machine)
● 24 hours (passenger car) - 18 PLN (to be paid at the hotel reception)
● 24 hours (bus) - 25 PLN (to be paid at the hotel reception)
● loss of a parking ticket - 30 PLN (to be paid at the hotel reception)

There is a hotel shop in the complex where you can buy among others: cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, swimming accessories like swimming suits and trunks, slippers, goggles etc. There are also newspapers, local maps, books and guidebooks and artistic jewellery from the Art Studio of Jolanta and Jerzy Stankiewicz available. The shop is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is situated in the Hotel part of the complex, near the hotel reception.
